Position Highlights:
$500 Sign-On Bonus Available

This role is not a remote position initially: Work from Home opportunities may arise after completing a 30-day on-site training and a 90-day in-office period, contingent upon meeting quality benchmarks.

Role Responsibilities:
In a fast-paced contact center setting, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and managing patient communications for Mercy Clinics.

Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service through excellent telephone etiquette, while providing patients with general information regarding appointments, messages, or inquiries related to Mercy.


Qualifications:
Minimum Required Qualifications:

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:
Experience in Telephone Customer Service, Face-to-Face Customer Service, or Previous Healthcare roles.

Skills and Competencies:
Proficient in Data Entry, capable of multitasking, receptive to guidance, and maintaining a professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor. Typing speed of 60 wpm is required.
