Job Title: Server - Weekends

At New Perspective Senior Living LLC, we value a socially interactive and healthy dining experience. As a Server, your primary responsibility is to use your knowledge, hospitality, and service skills to ensure that residents and guests are enjoying their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residents in a friendly manner, providing exceptional service and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and make suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
  • Take food and drink orders from residents with accuracy and deliver food in a timely manner.
  • Ensure residents are enjoying their meals and address any issues promptly.
  • Collect payment from residents and guests when necessary and enter orders into the POS system.
  • Maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards and practice safe food handling skills.
  • Perform dining room checklists to ensure readiness, cleanliness, safety, and department of health compliance.
  • Assist with food preparation and help with setting up and re-setting tables as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Previous experience in restaurant, dining hospitality, and/or full-service senior living preferred.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely fashion.
