Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a Caregiver, you will provide daily quality care, engage residents in activities, and promote a positive living environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily personal and medical care routines according to individual care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Engage residents in physical fitness, brain fitness, and social/spiritual enrichment activities
  • Observe residents and report any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to the nursing team
  • Record proper medical and health documentation per established procedures
  • Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment and living areas

Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary - training will be provided
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
