Early Intervention Program Coordinator

Job Summary
The Early Intervention Specialist will co-facilitate children, teen, parent, and multi-family groups with a psychoeducational curriculum in a community setting. This role requires basic duties/assignments related to human services and education, as well as activities that may include the application of higher-level skills acquired through professional training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans based on the curriculum
- Conduct phone screenings with interested participants to assess their needs and suitability for the program
- Facilitate group sessions with children, teens, parents, and families to promote psychoeducational development
- Administer surveys to participants to gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and community members to promote the program and its services
- Coordinate food donation requests and manage related logistics
- Generate reports on participant satisfaction and program outcomes
- Operate and maintain peripheral equipment, such as scanners and printers
- Develop, store, and maintain digital files related to program activities
- Attend staff training sessions and complete all required training on time
- Participate in program and staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to decision-making
- Adhere to and promote the Phoenix House Mission, Vision, and Values
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Valid California driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and a safe driving record
- Proficiency in MS Office systems
- General knowledge of human development and curriculum preparation
- Understanding of human services principles, methods, and strategies
- Ability to provide detailed and accurate administrative support
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Understanding of addiction, co-occurring models, and treatment modalities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible, problem-solve, and work collaboratively
