Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist OTR to conduct treatments in the field of Early Intervention. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services that facilitate child development and empower families. The ideal candidate will have a holistic perspective, be able to adapt to different client and home environments, and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective occupational therapy treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child and family
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in children's development
  • Provide individualized and group therapy sessions to promote child development and empowerment
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist OTR in the state of California
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers in Early Intervention settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
