Inclusion Coordinator

Join our team as an Inclusion Coordinator at Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to provide coordinated support to ensure all children are fully included and effectively participate in every learning opportunity.
About the Role:This role provides a critical link between our organization and the community, working closely with families, schools, and community partners to ensure that every child has access to the resources and support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement inclusive practices and procedures to support children with disabilities and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and community partners to ensure that every child has access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
- Provide training and support to staff on effective practices in special education and behavior intervention.
- Ensure that all children have access to behavioral health and disability interventions, including materials, activities, and educational information.
- Work closely with the Disabilities Supervisor and Area Supervisors to implement Teaching Pyramid strategies in classrooms and support teachers.
- Provide information and process instruction across departments to ensure smooth navigation of child transitions into new settings, different programs, or TK/Kindergarten.
- A.A. degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is required, with 12 basic ECE units preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in early childhood education, child development (0-5 years), behavior intervention, and mental health support.
- 1+ years of community-based experience in a setting working with families and community organizations who have experienced poverty, crisis, homelessness, trauma, and other adverse events.
- A competitive salary range of $21-23 per hour.
