Job Summary

As our Sales Manager, you will develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals, identify new market opportunities, forecast sales volumes, and foster a high-performance culture within the team. You will maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, address customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and trends.
  • Forecast sales performance and budget requirements.
  • Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement customer retention strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably in the biotech industry.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales-related tools (e.g., CRM software, Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
