The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a customer-centric culture within our stores. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. Ensure that all team members deliver a personalized and authentic customer experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention. Ensure that all store standards are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall store performance. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Business Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and profitability. Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience: Previous retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
