Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving business growth in our retail stores. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a Team - You'll be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing them with the support and guidance they need to succeed.
  • Driving Business Growth - You'll be responsible for driving business growth in our retail stores, and you'll be expected to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service - You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, and you'll be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
  • Managing Store Operations - You'll be responsible for managing store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in Retail Management - You'll need experience in retail management, and you'll be expected to have a strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.
  • Leadership Skills - You'll need strong leadership skills, and you'll be expected to be able to motivate and inspire a team of sales associates.
