Job Role: Bookkeeping Professional

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Professional to join our team at Jupiter Environmental Laboratories, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting, and QuickBooks online.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in QuickBooks online and other financial software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Familiarity with GAAP and financial regulations.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
