As a Global Seed Operations Quality Analytics Intern, you will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world projects and contribute to advancing global seed testing operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deploy custom Microsoft Power Apps to streamline seed testing lab operations, creating dashboards and applications that drive efficiency and improve workflows.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide valuable insights, using visualization tools like Power BI to support decision-making on lab resource allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with quality testing laboratories, technical excellence, and quality assurance teams to understand processes and develop solutions that enhance operational excellence.
- Play a role in improving resource planning systems by integrating critical data into reports and models that optimize lab operations.
- Present your innovative solutions to the Global Seed Operations Quality Team, gaining exposure to business data analytics and developing your technical and soft skills.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate program with a minimum 3.0 GPA in fields like Business, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
