1. Conducting site assessments and participating in pre-bid discussions to fully grasp project requirements.
2. Sourcing bids from subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
3. Engaging in the Emergency On-call rotation to support urgent needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in estimating structural repairs.
- Proficiency in Xactimate software.
- IICRC certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- A background in the insurance restoration sector is essential.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with tablets and smartphones.
- A commitment to working the necessary hours to fulfill all estimating obligations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in liaising with insurance adjusters, homeowners, business owners, subcontractors, and colleagues.
