Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Assist an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with estimating expected costs for the project
  • Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates
  • Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project
  • Perform quality control visual walk-through on all completed jobs
  • Material ordering and delivery utilizing warehouse, employees, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Previous experience with insurance repairs and disaster restoration a plus
