Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Virgin Hotels Nashville. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling room assignments and key cards.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest accounts, including processing payments and handling any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
