As a Scientific Research Associate, you will play a key role in our research and development team, working closely with our scientists to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and develop new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Method Development: Participate in the development of new methods and techniques to improve our products and services.
  • Experimentation and Data Analysis: Design and execute experiments, collect and analyze data, and draw conclusions to inform product development.
  • Instrumentation and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Protocol Development: Develop and update protocols, test methods, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with the research team to communicate results, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
  • Problem-Solving: Recognize and report experimental variances, and provide solutions to problems of limited complexity.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Compile and analyze data, and draft statistical and narrative reports to communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Coordinate small projects or components of larger projects to meet set deliverables.
  • Quality Control: Maintain good laboratory records and documentation, and support the department with QC technical investigation activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years or Associates degree with 5-8 years' experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Knowledge of scientific approach and methodologies, ability to design small studies, gather and analyze data, and generate reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
