Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet quotas in alignment with global sales objectives.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline through partner relationships and direct lead generation.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and create tailored presentations to address their requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize new business deals.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs and collaborate with presales consultants to produce high-quality proposals and statements of work.
- Manage the sales order process from qualification to approval and signature.

- Represent VRP Consulting at industry events and trade exhibitions.

- Foster strong client relationships while upholding company values.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, contacts, and account history in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
- Monitor regional market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in selling Salesforce technology and services in a consultative environment.
- Strong understanding of Cloud/SaaS platforms and their benefits across various sectors.
- Ability to assess and address the needs of enterprise accounts while demonstrating the value of our offerings.
- Highly motivated with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in remote selling using screen sharing and video technology.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills, capable of leading discussions on complex topics.
- Self-starter with a hybrid work approach.
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Proficient in Google Slides for presentation development.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.
- Able to work effectively in a remote setting, engaging with local and nearshore teams.
