The Role:

As the Distribution Center Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a multi-shift, high-volume operation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address operational challenges, implementing both immediate fixes and long-term strategies.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects and tasks concurrently, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in distribution center management, ideally within the building materials, tools, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams across various shifts and functions, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
