Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage a team in day-to-day activities and assignments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Staffing and Discipline: Administer staffing actions and discipline, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Technical Support: Provide all aspects of support for mobile and fixed-site print systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Operations and Improvement: Assist in the day-to-day operation of print production operations, providing expert advice on print, bindery, and graphics-related issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement, increased efficiency, and safety.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Arrange transportation for the shipment of parts, equipment, and materials in accordance with export control laws to and from CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Requirements
  • International Travel: Ability to travel internationally, as required.
  • Technical Training: Prior technical training and strong troubleshooting skills are essential.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Project.
Desired Qualifications
  • Printer Repair Experience: Prior experience in printer repair is highly desirable.
  • Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with Kodak Nexpresses, HP/EPSON Large Format Printers, SEM disintegrators, Bourg Booklet makers, Horizon Perfect binders, Polar cutters, stitchers, and other print and bindery equipment.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership experience is highly valued.
Security Clearance:

This position requires a government security clearance, and the successful candidate must be a US Citizen.
