This role involves educating clients across various experience levels and promoting memberships, products, and range services.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieving Sales Goals

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to multiple clients simultaneously.
  2. Meet or surpass established sales targets.
  3. Comply with all federal and state regulations during transactions.
  4. Uphold a safe and healthy environment.
  5. Manage inventory effectively while prioritizing loss prevention.

Operational Standards

  1. Adhere to all billing and point-of-sale protocols.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and safety on the sales floor and in the range.
  3. Address safety concerns promptly.
  4. Possess comprehensive knowledge of firearms, products, and services available.
  5. Guide clients to the range in accordance with established guidelines.

Building Relationships

  1. Foster collaborative relationships within the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Key Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of ATF regulations related to firearms sales and transfers.
  • Extensive knowledge of firearms.
  • Ability to educate individuals with varying levels of firearms experience.
  • Capacity to remain on the sales floor for extended periods.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

EDUCATION:

A high school diploma is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience in firearms retail or sales is advantageous.
