Job Summary
Pursue a challenging career as a Pulmonary Care Specialist at Dayton Children's, where you will provide expert care to patients in our state-of-the-art NICU. As a key member of our respiratory team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest advances in pulmonary medicine.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide specialized respiratory care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients
* Conduct thorough assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research findings in pulmonary medicine

**Requirements:**
* Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field (Required)
* RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care and Ohio Respiratory Care Board licensure (Required)
* 2+ years of experience in NICU respiratory care (Preferred)

**Compensation and Benefits:**
