Job Summary: The Client Services Representative plays a vital role in supporting Account Managers in our Commercial Risk Management Division. This position requires exceptional communication skills to interact with clients, provide product information, and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, in our Company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to investigate and resolve customer grievances.
  • Analyze insurance policy terms to determine coverage for losses, working closely with Account Managers to make informed decisions.
  • Assist in the renewal process under the guidance of the Account Manager.
  • Develop expertise in company rating systems and processes.
  • Process certificates of insurance requests, handle claims procedures, and address billing issues with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to exceed service standards.
  • Perform other related duties and administrative tasks as required or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with Office365 experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience using Excel.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Certifications/Licenses:

  • Active state property and casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
