We're seeking a driven Sales and Service Team Lead to join our team As a Sales and Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.
Salary: $62,400-$80,000/yr plus commission
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:- Sales and Service: Foster a culture of customer obsession, delivering personalized experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team that reflects the company's values, while ensuring compliance with loss prevention and safety policies.
- Store Operations: Maintain excellent standards and solid product knowledge, including merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertising efforts.
- Inventory Management: Process information or merchandise through the computer system, and ensure timely restocking.
Requirements:
- At least 4-6 years of experience in retail sales and service.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
