Job Summary
\We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our US & Canada Inside Sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and leadership, as well as expertise in process improvement and operational optimization.
\The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving customer interaction quality, process efficiencies and technology adoption, while aligning with our commercial strategy to foster sales growth and operational efficiency. In addition to management responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be paired with specific Client Coverage Team Members within the region to provide sales support for all stages of the sales cycle.
