Job Overview
Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring a Field Operations - Test Technician in Chesapeake, VA. This role involves performing technical efforts including processes, tests, troubleshooting, and repairs of RF equipment under limited supervision.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is $28-$30 per hour.

Job Responsibilities
As a Field Operations - Test Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Performing a wide variety of technical efforts including processes, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs RF equipment.
  • Utilizing various engineering drawings, manuals, and other related documentation to perform tasks.
  • Observing, analyzing, and reporting test data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 4-6 years of experience testing RF circuitry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify alternate solutions to overcome technical challenges.
  • Experience using a wide variety of electronic RF/Analog, High Voltage, Digital, and other electronic test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, and Power Meters.
  • Familiarity with various test equipment, general-purpose, and program-specific test stations.
