About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team at Geotechnical Innovation, PLLC.


Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently under various working conditions. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate drilling equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed and optimal performance is achieved.
  • Maintain accurate records of time and materials, as well as read construction drawings or other project documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks and achieve project goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 2-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and CDL A (if applicable).
  • Demonstrated ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, climb, and maneuver in confined spaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 8-10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability.
