We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Specialist to join our team at PGW Auto Glass, a leader in the Auto Glass industry with over 100 years of experience. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to our customers.
Job SummaryThis is a part-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a Company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner to deliver products to customers.
- Loading and unloading products from the truck while verifying the condition of the products and associated paperwork.
- Driving to delivery destinations, confirming orders with customers, and obtaining signatures and payment when necessary.
- Making notations on manifests and providing receipts for returned products.
- Picking up purchase orders from vendors and delivering parts back to the branch or customer.
- Collecting COD payments when necessary.
- Ensuring products are handled and stored properly to prevent damage and shortages.
- Complying with company policies and procedures.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- The ability to lift up to 75 pounds on occasion.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive pay rate of $17.25 per hour.

This is a part-time position working Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 25-30 hours per week. The majority of the time will be spent in the warehouse.
