About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at AMPAC Fine Chemicals. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in mechanical equipment repair and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, repair, and install chemical plant equipment, including pumps, piping, and processing tanks.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with equipment, including pumps, compressors, and gearboxes.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment repair and maintenance principles.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
