Job Summary:
The Site Manager will undertake the following responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the activities of all team members under their supervision.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company personnel policies.
  • Presenting available apartments and processing applications from potential tenants.
  • Clarifying policies and procedures to prospective residents.
  • Conducting tenant screenings and approvals.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to achieve high occupancy rates.
  • Preparing and managing all lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Collecting rent and managing delinquent accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records for the property.
  • Adhering to company protocols for financial transactions.
  • Ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Supervising external contractors engaged in property work.
  • Managing all aspects of tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Operating within the established budgetary framework.
  • Reviewing monthly operating statements to monitor income and expenses.
  • Reporting any accidents or emergencies to the corporate office.
  • Supervising maintenance personnel and ensuring adherence to maintenance directives.
  • Conducting annual rent verification for resident re-certification.
  • Maintaining a waiting list for prospective tenants.

Additional Responsibilities:

The Site Manager is also tasked with the upkeep of apartment units, delegating work assignments to maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

1-3 years of office experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in computer applications.


Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in property management is advantageous.
