Job Summary

US Foods is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor duties.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with sales floor duties, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and answering customer questions.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge of products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
