Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Full Time Day

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate product placement.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including unloading trucks and moving heavy boxes.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating eye-catching displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6-12 months of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
