Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with sales floor operations, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and handling customer returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store equipment and facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
