Resident Care Manager

The Resident Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents at Sunrise Senior Living. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Oversee the nursing team, including recruiting, hiring, and training staff
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents
- Maintain regulatory compliance, including infection control and risk management
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum two years RN experience, with at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred
- Minimum of one year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision

Compensation Package: Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses.
