Responsibilities & Qualifications

As a Senior Care Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to a consistent group of residents, their families, and promoting a safe and enjoyable living environment.
  • Working closely with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, Risk Management programs, and policies.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Responding to the dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Dedication to and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
  • In states where appropriate, must maintain certifications.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
