Job Summary

This is a full-time temporary position with IMS People, reporting to the Manager of Contracts. The successful candidate will support activities currently being performed by Contract Administrators and work closely with these personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers on assigned programs, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review purchase orders and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Initiate and maintain sales orders within the company's business systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Interface with government personnel and data systems, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain current and accurate contract files, including quotations, negotiation history, purchase orders, and change orders.
Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a contract role or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
