Your Role:As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:
- Visit clients to assess, troubleshoot, and repair mobility equipment.
- Engage with customers to address concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Educate clients and caregivers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
- Collaborate with technical support from manufacturers to identify necessary parts for repairs.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to manage daily operations and order processing.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Effective communication skills, particularly through digital platforms.
- A valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- The ability to learn and adapt to in-house operational systems.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical and situational contexts.
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- A High School diploma or GED.
