Your Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:
  • Visit clients to assess, troubleshoot, and repair mobility equipment.
  • Engage with customers to address concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Educate clients and caregivers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
  • Collaborate with technical support from manufacturers to identify necessary parts for repairs.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to manage daily operations and order processing.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly through digital platforms.
  • A valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to in-house operational systems.
  • Experience with hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical and situational contexts.
  • Basic proficiency with electronic devices.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • A High School diploma or GED.
