As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities
- Tracking patient wellbeing and monitoring vital signs
- Conducting intakes and documenting health concerns and medical history
- Administering and verifying medications, and monitoring their effects
- Reviewing patient charts and medical records
- Assisting with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility environment
To be successful as a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:
- A current Connecticut state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
