Responsibilities:- Provide primary, urgent, and behavioral health care to patients in a correctional setting
- Work collaboratively with correctional staff to ensure the safety and well-being of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of patients
- Conduct medical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing approved by a state agency or accredited by the ACEN
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in a primary care setting within the last 24 months
- Active, unrestricted OH LPN license
- BLS from the American Heart Association
