Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Product Advisor. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, replenishing and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience
  • Answer questions, suggest products, and provide product information
  • Process payments, handle customer refunds, and process merchandise shipments
  • Assist with store upkeep and maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
  • Telephone etiquette and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
Working Conditions:

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for most of the shift. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
