Job Overview

As a Sales and Listing Specialist with the EmpowerHome Team, you will be responsible for working with motivated Sellers to determine their needs and assist them throughout the entire process of selling their homes.

Maintaining consistent weekly contact with clients is crucial in this role, as well as applying lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline. Providing world-class customer service to clients ensures their satisfaction and generates referrals to aid in building your sales pipeline.

You will also host team open houses monthly, and all open house leads are assigned to the hosting agent. Working within our CRM workflow system and maintaining an up-to-date calendar availability for appointments are essential skills for this position.

The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Real Estate Agent with full-time availability, technology-driven, and able to communicate effectively (oral and written). A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred, as well as being organized and able to manage time effectively.
