Job Responsibilities
- Provide jobsite coordination and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide clear and concise job briefings to all personnel on each job site.
- Enforce all Railroad, State, and Federal Policies and resolve any rule violations accordingly.
- Submit daily field reports detailing Contractor and/or Railroad activities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the railroad industry, preferably in a safety-related role.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively for extended periods.
