Emser Tile is seeking a Customer Support professional to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day functioning of our branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers warmly and efficiently with their queries and concerns.
  • Provide support to contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and direct customers to the appropriate team member.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify order and account information.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing operations, sales, and customer service support in a sales, retail, or distribution environment.
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to maintain a professional work environment at all times.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
