Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account changes

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Estimated Salary Range: $52,500 per year based on average salaries in California for this position.
