We're seeking Customer Advocates to join our dynamic team, bringing extensive customer-facing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. As a key member of our Market Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in representing our brand and values.

Compensation: $22/hour, with opportunities to increase by 50 cents every 3 months based on performance.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' doors using our custom car haulers, receiving ample training without requiring a commercial license.
  • Loading/unloading vehicles onto the hauler and inspecting it regularly to ensure safe transportation.
  • Completing customer paperwork and documenting thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
  • Maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers.
  • Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
