Key Responsibilities:
  • Support attorneys with corporate transactions, including entity formation, financing, and securities offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate law issues.
  • Manage due diligence processes, ensuring timely collection and review of documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with closing binders and prepare UCC agreements.
  • Perform legal research and provide support to attorneys as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient timekeeping, billing, and expense reporting processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong understanding of corporate law principles and practices.
  • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
