Job Overview

Whiteboard Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Postsecondary Communications to join our team. As a key member of our communications and PR practice, you will play a critical role in supporting our higher education and workforce clients.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with senior executives to develop and execute communications strategies that drive impact for our clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional project management, client service, and strategic communications expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communications plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Provide outstanding client service, including project management and strategic communications support.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to set strategy and execute communications initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and develop story ideas that resonate with the media and key stakeholders.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and speaking opportunities that accelerate client impact.

Qualifications:

  • Approximately 3-5 years of professional experience in communications, preferably in a agency or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in media relations and strategic communications.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience managing client relationships and providing exceptional client service.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
