Qualifications:
To excel as an IT Support Specialist, you should possess a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, workstations, and networking, coupled with a strong commitment to customer service.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in remote and onsite desktop support
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory user management and basic networking
- Experience in Managed Services or Technology Consulting is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Specialist, your role will involve troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, including:
- Resolving user support inquiries while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Providing support for desktops, software, and networks across various environments.
- Diagnosing, configuring, and addressing network issues related to routers, switches, and connectivity.
