Business Development Representative

Lana Richards State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to play a key role in driving business growth and client acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the agency remains competitive.
- Sales experience and a proven track record of meeting sales goals preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to clients and understand their needs.
- Property & Casualty license (or must be able to obtain) and Life & Health license (or must be able to obtain) required.
- Hourly plus commission/bonus.
- Paid time off.
