Job Summary

The CARE Center Graduate Clinical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the counseling and school psychology faculty supervisors and counselors-in-training who provide telehealth and in-person counseling, assessments, research, and education services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist callers and guests of the office by providing prompt customer service, resolving inquiries, or referring to the appropriate individual.
  • Maintain a supply of forms and materials in the front office for customers and visitors.
  • Connect clients, faculty, and students with virtual clinical rooms, in-person sessions, and audit client files.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required. Degree in Counseling or Psychology preferred.

Work Schedule

20 scheduled weekly hours, including weekdays from 3:45 pm- 8:45 pm, Saturdays from 10 am- 3 pm, and alternate Sundays.
