Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to oversee multiple programs at our Lane County facilities. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a mental health field and at least three years of post-graduate clinical experience. A minimum of one year of management experience is preferred.
The Clinical Manager will be responsible for managing clinical services and treatment provision, supervising Residential Therapists, and documenting supervision activities. They will also be responsible for maintaining professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information, and protecting client confidentiality while in the community.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing and providing clinical leadership to multiple facilities and/or programs at once. They will also have a strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and be able to assist with carrying out organizational goals in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical services and treatment provision
- Supervise Residential Therapists
- Document supervision activities
- Maintain professional confidentiality
- Protect client confidentiality
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a mental health field
- At least three years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Minimum of one year of management experience
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
