Customer Acquisition Lead

ThinkTank LLC is seeking an experienced leader to oversee our expansion efforts in Indiana - Fort Wayne. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles and a passion for connecting communities to essential Lifeline and ACP services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase sales performance.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of enrollment specialists to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on sales performance and team progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in direct sales or marketing.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
